Haha I always wondered that too... who builds things at the tops of mountains? Love the mountainous background though not 100% sold on the blindfold yet.

If I could pull of a "training face" that didn't look silly/too awesome (awesome in the sense of "oh i'm so awesome training" not in terms of quality). I'd def rather do it.

But given I simply didn't manage to make one, blindfold kinda solved the issue without opening the shenanigan box of secrets (that at lot of people use on drawings to "fix" screw ups they realize later on lol), since it blindfold is somewhat pertinent in martial art training, movies and such.


but yeh .. I'm not 100% happy about it, but .. whatever lol, each drawing is a learning experience =D

yeah im so tempted when i draw to just put certain body parts out of view so I don't have to deal with them. I agree she looked very self confident but maybe after you train for awhile you would be arrogant about your own ability. :D

Even though I've looked at this a few times now, I can't help but be amazed each and every time! The detail is just incredible, I was sat looking at the background for ages before I even got to move onto admiring the monk! I absolutely adore this piece and it's not even finished yet, hehe... I can't wait xx
